mixed feelings about the stay
tobacco smoke storage space
the pool area was fine. there were plenty of beds and towels available.
The room smelled of tobacco smoke! even though our windows were closed. i think there were air ventilation problems. also, there wasn't much storage space for clothes. If you are staying a week or longer, it is a struggle.

Breakfast offered a very good choice of fruit and toast. The hotel room was lovely. I found the hotel bed to be comfortable. I also made good use of the gym.
I found that the coffee was not good. I ended up buying it outside of the hotel. I also noticed a smoky smell in my room though not extreme.

The breakfast featured a good choice of fruit, eggs, toast, croissants, and cereals. The room was lovely. The hotel bed was the most comfortable ever.. the location is excellent with nice beaches very close. The gym was also very good.
The air-con needed fixing in my room and the floor looked grimy. I experienced air ventilation problems. The room smelled of tobacco smoke whenever someone smoked. The room needed more storage space for clothes.

i found the staff very professional. they were also efficient. the service was excellent. i enjoyed the views over the gardens from my premium garden room.
the room was small. it was also pretty expensive. i think there are better options available. they represent much better value.

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection (i especially liked the fresh pastries). i found the pool service very prompt. I never waited long for a drink. my room included a dedicated work desk and ergonomic chair.
